1 Eligibility

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

4 Order Acceptance

The placement of an order does not constitute a binding contract until accepted and confirmed by Virent Research. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

Refuse or cancel any order for any reason
Restrict service to any customer or geographic location
Limit purchase quantities per transaction or customer
Require verification of eligibility or credentials before fulfilling an order

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

6 Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, or any purchase made on this website, shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
