Shipping Policy

1 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after standard business hours may begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant delays.

2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Available shipping options and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched from our facility and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times may vary based on:

• Geographic location and distance from our facility
• Carrier availability and capacity
• Weather conditions or natural events
• Seasonal demand and peak shipping periods

All shipments are insulated and temperature-aware to preserve compound integrity during transit.

3 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

• Destination address
• Selected shipping method and carrier
• Package weight and dimensions

The final shipping cost will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase. We do not add hidden fees to shipping charges.

4 Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, risk of loss and responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Virent Research is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by:

• Courier or carrier service disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
• Natural disasters, severe weather, or force majeure events
• Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable

We recommend monitoring your tracking link closely once your shipment is dispatched. If you observe an unusual delay, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number before reaching out to us.

5 Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order, as we are unable to modify addresses after an order has been processed.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to:

• Additional reshipping fees charged to the customer
• A restocking assessment at our discretion

Virent Research is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address as a result of customer error.

6 Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or contents, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.

We will review all damage claims and respond as promptly as possible. Approved claims may result in a replacement shipment or credit, subject to product availability and our assessment.
